Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.
We’re working on expanding to Canada and will share an update once it becomes available.



When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST (Mon–Thu) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM ship the next business day.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
To help protect product quality, we do not ship on Fridays.



How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on orders over $50
$7 flat rate for orders under $50



How long does delivery take?

Standard: 2–5 business days
Expedited: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary by location. Carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Every full-size serum includes a 2-day sample set, so you can experience the formula before opening.

If it’s not right for you, you can return the unopened product.

Can I return my order?

Yes — if the product is unopened.
We recommend trying the included sample set first.



What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if:

  • Items are unopened and unused
  • Items are in original condition and packaging



How do I start a return?

Email support@bledefonty.us
Include your order number and item(s).
We’ll provide a return shipping label.



When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after inspection and returned to the original payment method.
Processing may take up to 20 business days.



Are there any return fees?

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund

A $6 restocking fee applies



What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact support@bledefonty.us and we will make it right.




WARM WEATHER CARE



Will heat affect my capsules during shipping?

Our capsules are made with a naturally derived, biodegradable shell designed to preserve freshness.

Because of this, they may soften under prolonged heat or humidity.



How do you protect orders in warm weather?

During warmer months:
Insulated packaging may be used
Cooling packs may be included
Faster shipping methods may be selected when needed



What should I do when my order arrives during the warm season?

Bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
If capsules soften, refrigerate to firm them up.
Quality and performance are not affected.
